Ever heard of the book "The Body Keeps The Score"?  This best-seller by Dutch Psychologist Dr Bessel van der Kolk highlights that traumatic stress is at the root of neuroscience. Traumatic stress is associated with functional and chemical changes in the emotional part of the brain—the limbic area and brain stem.  Other psychologists however have challenged Bessel's work, suggesting it's not the body that keeps the score, it's the brain that keeps the score; our health is the score.

Coaching fees vary, depending on the individual coach that we match you with, but you should budget for a program of six sessions at around £150 a session. Payment can be made session by session, although a big discount applies if all sessions are paid for in advance.
